BEN KERSHAW

Director

Ben started Numeric in 2015 and has an 18 year career in search across senior finance & accounting positions in the UK, Australia and NZ. Ben is based in New Plymouth and supports clients across the Taranaki, Manawatu, Hawkes Bay, Waikato and Bay of Plenty.

CARLEEN THOMSON

Principal

Carleen has more than 15 years experience specialised in Accounting, Sales & Marketing and Project Management recruitment. Carleen is based in Cambridge and works with clients across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty.

Client Manager

Ryan leads Numeric's Engineering offering, supporting Consulting Engineering firms, Contractors and Manufacturing clients. Ryan joins the team with 5 years talent & project leadership experience at Downer NZ.

BETH VICKERS

Client Manager

Beth has more than 7 years recruitment experience gained both in the UK and in the mighty Waikato. Beth works across a broad range of assignments including senior & executive roles.

Consultant

Originally from France, Perrine now calls New Plymouth home. Perrine has 2 years recruitment experience supporting many of Taranaki's largest companies. Perrine specialises in commercial accounting and technical recruitment.

Lauren joined Numeric in 2023 bringing 6 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry in roles including HR and Health & Safety. Lauren is focused on Planning, Policy & Compliance roles as well as Quality and HSE roles in our manufacturing clients.

KARINDA THOMSON

Consultant

Karinda joined Numeric in 2023 with prior specialist IT recruitment experience gained in NSW, Australia. Karinda will be focused on IT roles including helpdesk, software development and specialist GIS roles as well as broader technical search.
